Resolutions

Resolutions

As cliche as it sounds, new year resolutions has been around for the longest time ever. Traditionally, this has been a determination (or resolve) to change an undesired behavior and/or to accomplish a personal goal to improve the current situation (or life that you are living). More often than not, most people do not (or find it hard to) keep their resolutions. Perhaps, they made these resolutions without thinking through if this is going to be sustainable.

I do not have much resolutions but I hope that I can maintain my current daily routine:

1) Sleep early and wake up early every day
2) Drink lots of water in the morning
3) Consume 3 types of fruits in the morning
4) Keep the master bedroom in order
5) Practice mindfulness and meditate daily
6) Stretch and exercise on a daily basis
7) Embrace nature and the outdoors
8) Be grateful each and every single day

My future goals remains the same

1) Save more for the family
2) Use less stuff (things)
3) Eat plant-based food
4) Read more books
5) Strive for minimalism

These are my lofty goals for year 2020.
